The Lounge

The lounge at Hillroad Records is the heart of the studio. It is a spacious, warm, and complete environment. It is a place to step away from the recording process for a moment without losing sight of the music.

The 50 m² space has everything you need: a bar with a view of both the control room and the live room, a large table covered in coffee rings and lead sheets, and a corner by the wood burner where the best stories are shared.

There is plenty of space for the entire band and for all the cases, guitars, cables, and other clutter (sorry, gear) that you ended up not needing anyway. At the bar, you can catch up, exchange ideas, or simply keep an eye on the rest of the team while they are still at work.

A bean-to-cup coffee machine, fridge, microwave, and fast Wi-Fi make it comfortable without feeling like a hotel. It is simply pleasant, functional, and well-maintained.

The lounge is located on the other side of the control room, positioned exactly between the music and the peace and quiet. This is where you enter, recharge, and often linger longer than planned. There is more than enough room, and there is always a free chair. It is warm, welcoming, and a little bit messy, just the way a real studio should be.
